Dear ÄKTA User，

亲爱的ÄKTA使用者，

 

 

As you may know, after decades’ contribution, the famous Grey-color ÄKTA products have been discontinued and upgraded to Red Series since 2010. Grey-color ÄKTA systems have been widely used in the pharmaceutical industry and research, for fast and robust purification method development.

如您所知，经过几十年的服务期，在制药工业和科研领域以快速、稳定著称的灰色ÄKTA产品从2010年开始逐渐停产，更加高端灵活的红色系列做为升级替代产品，逐渐成为市场的主流。

 

 

Our commitment of 5-7 years’ service extension after the discontinuation will now come to the termination.

设备停产时，GE曾承诺的延续5至7年维护服务，目前也即将到期。因此，我们在这里正式告知您，灰色系列ÄKTA的售后服务终止日期如下所列。

 

 

 

 

 

Beyond that, service organization of GE Healthcare is committed to try our best to supply high quality service and support for the installed base of ÄKTA equipment, meanwhile, we now provide Big Red promotion plan and 3~ 5 years’ repairing & maintenance service products to our customers for selection, as expected.
